Margareta awaits execution for the murder of her child. Faust enters the cell and pleads with her to escape with him. Half mad and filled with pain and sorrow, she agree's, but then Mephistopheles appears in the doorway and Margareta drops to her knee's and prays. Faust, helpless to persuade her, ignored and filled with remorse, is dragged away by Mephistopheles before the executioner arrives.
This is the one image I felt failed utterly in my ambition, subsequently I have never even scanned it and have only a digital photograh of the image. If you look at the wall, you can find hidden details in it. My first name, and a map of Denmark and Oslo fjord.
